Instagram has been discovered testing several upgrades to stories that include a layout mode, new boomerangs, and redesigned icons.<\/p>\n

This test was found by figuring out master Jane Manchun Wong, whose track record for finding unreleased features is top-notch.<\/p>\n

The new layout mode for stories works like Instagram’s Layouts application, which allows users to create photo collages and share them on their main feed.<\/p>\n

Layouts for stories lets users create collages either by taking photos with the stories camera or uploading photos from their camera roll.<\/p>\n

New Boomerangs<\/h3>\n

Instagram is testing new kinds of boomerangs, giving users 5 additional alternatives to browse. Quite a step up from the current one-size-fits-all boomerang mode.<\/p>\n

After recording a boomerang, clients can set it to do various things toward the part of the arrangement like interruption or squirm. There are additionally choices to make the account move quicker and slower.<\/p>\n
